Don't mean to pick holes but the front wheels definatly extend past the Mud Guards. Also, for the IVA, you need to provide receipts for the correct weight of paper and provide pictures of you folding it.

Just struggled with Step 18 though:

１８．タイヤの組立て

 

まずトレッド面を円筒状に加工します。

（５００円硬貨を使用すると簡単にきれいな円筒が出来ます。）

トレッド面の継ぎ目が下になるように、タイヤ表の上下に注意して接着します。

タイヤ表の接着が乾燥してから５００円玉を取ってください。

次にタイヤ裏ですが、取付け前に車軸位置の○ポチに穴を空け、爪楊枝の先をボンドで固定しておいてください。
