Master Cylinder Wiring

Hi all

 

I have the wiring plug for the reservoir cap but I am in need of some crimp terminals. I have it wired with mini spade connectors but it just looks messy.

 

I found this on CBS website but I just need the crimps. http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/mobile/product/Waterproof_Plug_FLCAPPLUG.

 

Does anyone have any idea where I can get the crimps from only as I have everything else and not happy spending £10 for 2 crimps.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Go to scrap yard and get connector from just about any ford car with a decent amount of wire attached.

Join to your loom by soldering and covering with thin wall heatshrink. Stagger joints for each wire.

Cover the joints with loom tape and no one will know its there.

are you sure thats the correct plug in the CBS catalog, the Sierra had an over molded plug not a "Junior Timer" type. Either way I should be able to sort something out for you.

Thanks for the help guys. Found a website that sells the terminals so going to buy them and use the original plug.
