First Start Video

I completely forgot to share this with you all on Sunday, sorry rhocar!

 

So here it is, after much frustration the first start of my robinhood!

Gettin a bit warm? Looks like steam out of the manifold water connection. At least I hope it's steam. Does seem to be coming with the force of exhaust. You have run it a bit hot for no radiator conditions. Beware. You can warp the head on the block.

What was the problem in the end?

After replacing the VV carb with a weber 34 it was just ignition timing!

Well done...that first start always feels good., as long as it does start though.
