I loved the sound of my old forties, my bike carbs where smoother. But the induction noise from my Jenvey throttle bodies is the dogs *bleep*s

IMO webers will never give you as smooth throttle response as bike carbs, especially at low down revs.

Webers wont give you any more power, but do give a very nice sound track and look brill.

If you sold the webers (45's are the most desirable) and bought bike carbs you'd be at least £300 in profit.

got to admit, the induction noise from my TB's is pretty awesome, much more fun than a noisy exhaust. Webers are good however, I'm told they need setting up every 500 miles or so..........

I must admit when I hd the 8 throttle bodies they sound at full chat was immense. Knowing what I know now I would go back to them if I had a spare £1500.

They looked fookin awesome too
