Liability Insurance

hi all, im thinking of putting the hood in a local show and ive downloaded the form, it says on there that i must have liability insurance has anybody else had the same please only ive looked on line and its not cheap thanks clive.

Check your car insurance, pretty sure that should include some level of public liability insurance?

as long as you are not putting up a gazebo or the like I can not see why you need it the event should have its own.

Ok thanks for replies I downloaded the form and it states on there that liability insurance is needed just thought id check seemed odd

Your insurance should cover it

Essex Kit Car club has bought liability insurance for shows it attends cost about £125 a year for all members

yes we have liability cover for a limited number of shows a year,

Insurance thru frank pickles includes liability insurance for show etc

I used to get asked when we did a local agricultural college show, as said, your covered by your car insurance,

Hi thanks to everyone for their replies just to try and clear things up I've spoken to insurance company today and they say the car is covered no problem but I need separate liability insurance which they are going to get a quote for me and let me know next week something tells me I won't be showing the car !
