just the head or the whole engine? if the fault was in the filter surely it would have affected the whole engine?

 

I've not inspected the whole engine Andy but suspect the whole thing is fubared...... Possibly not worth repairing but silvertop zetecs are sparse!

 

Still on the look out for a slot in replacement.
