For those that heard the the frequent crunch follow by the 'kin 'ell.......

 

The scars of Apple Cross Pass..... and a couple of other places...

 

Amazingly the gearbox and sump , which are not that much higher than this, don't have a scratch...

 

So +1 for the sunken floor come skid plate!

Yeah I can definitely feel the difference - a couple of the ones on the way down to Applecross had me checking to see if I had suddenly become a eunuch
