Complete and Ready to go for the summer. This car has been fantastic fun but it is not going to get used enough so it’s time to move on.

 

Built and passed SVA in 2001, bought by me in 2007 and continuously upgraded ever since.

 

Correctly registered on V5 as Make: Robin Hood Model: 2B and has an age related plate.

 

 

Ford Pinto 2L 205 engine and Type 9 Gearbox to 3.6:1 Diff

 

Injection Cylinder Head with Weber 32/36 carb

 

Accuspark Electronic ignition Distributor

 

Converted to Wishbone Suspension and recently Polybushed

 

Gaz Coilover suspension all round

 

Disc brakes all round

 

Recent Yokohama Parada Spec 2 Tyres

 

4 into 1 manifold with Custom Repackable Silencer by MK Engineering

Driven away today by Andy from Wigan. Big smile on his face, me with sad face. End of a chapter for me but I'm sure it will be looked after and well used.

Yes good drive back from Sheffield - thanks Graham. Yes Mitch you're right i'll be listing my part build kit and various other bits for sale soon - need to make some room for 'zoomie' as its now known - my little lad named it as soon as he went out in it. I'm in negotiations now about whether i can make Stoneleigh or not! LOL. Cheers Andy
