No Spark

Here's a good clip

The crank sensor should generate a small AC voltage when metal is passed in front of it. So if it is off the engine, then connect a meter to the volts AC setting and wave a bit of metal in front of it and you should see it blip if you're lucky.

I'll get the sensor out and test it. When I turn the car over its like it hesitates for a second then turns over. Iv checked all the earth's and are fine. Most were replaced at the beginning of the summer

So it has run before,

what was next thing you did then it did not run. Most problems link to last thing done I gave someone a jump start then my wipers would not work .

turned out attaching lead to battery has damaged a wire feeding Ford loom for wipers .

Changed the crank sensor no difference. Still no spark. Can't see any damaged wires. My fuel lines are stainless braided could they be altering the chassis earth. Clutching at straws now so trying any possibility

Not sure if this is relevant to your injection system but Ford used the same system on both the SOHC and DOHC engines.

Most if not all the info should be relevant

I used to test my injection system by taking out the dizzy ( or connecting a spare dizzy) and running it up using an electric drill. Worked for me!
