Carbtune

Hi all,

 

I've managed to borrow a Carbtune to balance my dellorto DHLA 45. Does anyone know where the hoses attach to the carbs? Where i think they go is blanked off???

I think the carbtune is more suited to bike carbs which have a small tube into the venturi.

 

The usual car ones have a "doughnut" that fits over the inlet like this...

You need tappings into the manifold to connect the small tubes from the carbtune. This will allow you to measure the vacuum on each carb.

I've got those . The vac pipes from those run to my dizzy. Can I use them?
