I'm preparing this car this car for Iva , i like many have spent hours trolling through the manuals but theres no subsitute for first hand knowledge , can any on tell me the minimum requirements for brake test dash warning lights /switch etc at the moment i have a low fluid light in the dash wired up but do i need a hand brake light ,

If memory serves, the hand brake light is just a test to show the bulb for low fluid is working. Might be totally wrong though :-)

If memory serves, the hand brake SWITCH etc etc ( Does not need 2 dash lights.) (( I.m sure that's what you meant nico, ))

I don't have a hand-brake switch, but do have a "on for 5secs when ignition turned on" dongle which passed the IVA. OK a bit of an over-engineered solution but this is where my skills lie; it was easier drop in a dongle into the wiring as opposed to engineer a mechanical solution.
