Rhocar Constitution Changes Proposals - 2018 Agm

If you would like to propose any changes to the clubs constitution to be discussed at the AGM please do so by completing the form in Boys in Hoods magazine and returning to the Club Secretary at the earliest opportunity before the AGM, or by emailing secretary@rhocar.org

and use the below template for the email

Rule 3.2 to be removed ( this rule allows a meeting to be called by 4 committee members without stating time or place or advance notice & can lead to financial decisions being made by just 3 votes in favour.
