If you haven't already i would consider fitting a thermostatic oil cooler, my water temps stayed well under control with the davis craig set up, the oil not so much tappets started ticking and pressure dropped a tad after 6 laps or so. now fitting a cooler and thermostatic take off and oil temp gauge. In rd use its not an issue as you wouldn't ( at least i wouldn't, i like my licence) be thrashing for long enough to heat the oil up that much, but the recent track day exposed a few weak points brakes and oil temp.

Well I suppose I should actually get round to fitting the one I bought 2 years ago then 😂
