Standard 2.0 pinto - easiest route to 130ish bhp?

Hi all!

Im very new to the scene and these engines! I’m looking for the “easiest” way to chuck a few bolt on upgrades on to get around 130bhp! 
 

could anyone almost list everything I would need to buy and do to achieve this? 
 

trying to learn as much as possible, any help is much appreciated!
