  1. my 2L pinto is on 32/36 std carb which i don't think is doing the engine justice performance wise what would you think my best option is fitting bike carbs, if so which ones, or is there a better carb i can fit on my std inlet manifold, twin 45s are out of my price range unless i can find some cheap , not going to do track days would just like better acceleration

  2. hi thanks for your replys, my rad is like the gbs one with a 14" ele fan pulling air though the rad, no thermostat no heater but pipe from pump to inlet manifold ,not loosing /useing any water but running at a bougt 100 or 120 if giving it some eg 70/80 mph, new smiths gauge and sender ???? ps is now in colder weather not had chance to try in summer  yet

I've had good success with the ebay honda civic alloy rads.  They do them 32mm inlets and outlets too.

hi could you give me the size please as very tight fit in mine

  6. i have now stop it overheating at last changed the 12" fan for a 14" one and fitted a home-made  bleed vent in the heater link hose between water pump and inlet manifold at the back of engine at the highest level done a app 80 miles over weekend and no loss of water, i think i will try to find a alloy twin core rad to fit to replace the old single core one so as it has more water in system to help with cooling
