Fine with me, see you there but probably in the tin top if this weather keeps up!

Hi Tim,
I have a lead I used for my old Passat 54 plate. It's compatible with RossTech software. Not sure if it will work with your car but you're welcome to try it. Do you need it in a hurry or should I bring it to the next S Yorks (Fox House) Meeting?

You could always take her with you Nick!

Thanks for the replies.
The Transit joint has 3 bolt holes, the Escort / Fiesta joint has a pinch bolt rather than a threaded pin, so no joy so far. My local factor has gone through the QH catalog and only the Rover 800 looked likely but they are much smaller. It's probably from something older.

Well, I've spent a lot of time trying to remove this plug without success. The socket was damaged by some previous owner and so neither a 10mmm hex nor Torx will fit securely. I've used heat and a grip wrench on the outsideof the plug to no avail. I'll have to get a nut welded to it and remove it that way, or maybe I'm just using the wrong swear words!!

Hi,
Does anyone know what size the Sierra diff oil level plug is. Mine is very tight and I do not want to damage the plug by using a tool that nearly fits!
I suspect it's not metric?
Cheers

Thanks all for the replies and tips. There are no minis on scrappies around here but I managed to find one at a reasonable price on eBay. Just waiting for it to arrive and then have fun fitting it!

I'm looking to replace my clanky Sierra wiper setup with a Mini setup. Please let me know if you have one in good condition.
Thanks

How complicated is that diagram! I've just fitted a loom from Premier Wiring Systems into my 2B with no difficulty. The instructions were clear as crystal and they have helpline which which really does help. I'd be tempted to get a refund on the VG and go for a PWS. It will cost a little more but save headaches ,time and sanity. Cheers

Sorry All, I can't make it tonight after all . Car very nearly ready, just hood frame to adjust andsidescreens to fit, so I'll definitely make next month

I've been driving this car all day, what fun!! My face is aching from the huge grins:) Looking forward to getting my membership pack and meeting up with other owners in my area.
Brace yourself for a flood of questions
