  2. surfing round the new GBS site other day came across this pic of Zero with rear diffuser. looks much better than the ali along the back anybody got one??? £160 from GBS but they dont have any other info at the mo cheers Paul

  7. has the gearchange cradle been modified in any way. mine was doin the same thing so I bent the selecotr pin, seems okay now
  8. dropped a screwdriver bounced off front of engine and hit the rad. thought i had got away with it but water started to trickle out After checking the price for a replacment coolman rad £80 I have decided to use a polo rad and expansion tank. Anybody know the rad part no? cheers Paul

    I asked GBS for photos of their guards and Richard sent these back they will also lend their guards out when you need them for IVA

  18. re the front & back number plate, this statement is on page 3 of section 16: A dummy registration plate will be used in order to assess the contactable parts of any number plate brackets fitted.
  19. has anyone read of the latest version of the iva manual, it was updated 24/05/2010, http://online.businesslink.gov.uk/Transport_files/124_IVA_M1_Inspection_Manual__Version_4_0510.pdf in section 16 Exterior Projections it states: Contactable parts of exposed suspension and steering components must comply with radius requirements. However areas to be assessed shall be in accordance with figure 5 Annex 1. The area within wheels and tyres is not considered to be an external surface. it also shows diagrams on page 9 of section 16 this should save us using so much rubber around the bottom of the shocks etc Also a few other changes including a table to show when fog lights should be on (section 28 page 3) Has anyone had iva with these new regs?

    Iam putting a DOHC 8v from a sierra in my zero,with megajolt & fazer carbs & about 2 months from iva(hopefully) do you get to the church mouse for the north east hoods meet, we could have a natter Cheers Paul

  23. my daughter has moved into her new house and this is on the wall at the top of the stairs What is it?? It has 2 small wires coming from it going into wall and abit of circuitry inside. cheers for any info
