It appears there is a bike meet each Wednesday at the Gate Hangs Well so I have decided to move the venue for this month to The Waterside Inn https://www.watersidemountsorrel.co.uk/ Hopefully we will get in, I will be there after 7.00pm. All members and anyone interested welcome. Weather looks good so get your roofs of and enjoy the evening. Looking forward to a catch up. Cheers Kerry

We have booked pitch 18 for 3 night

I have found a campsite which should suit all our needs. https://belvoirestateholidays.com/camping/ we are booking on for 13/8/2021 for 3 nights on a grass pitch. There is a nice pub onsite along side the Canal, with views of Belvoir Casle should anyone want to visit. If you follow the link to book a pitch. Yes Derek, a clutch or 2 was consumed on the way. I ran a type 9 initially, then fitted the Omega box. if I was starting again I would use the Vauxhall Omega gearbox and move the engine forward

I would like to start our area meeting this month at The Gate Hangs Well, Syston. I have spoken with the venue and explained as we could have more than 6 people we would remain outdoors so the weather will play a part in the decision to attend. The Pub would love to have us their, and will fit in with us under the current situation. Looking forward to seeing members and visitors at 7.30pm
