  1. John D Not sure about the taboo bit I have made two crouch straps for mine out of one "v" sabelt without any problem, use a red hot knife or hacksaw blade to cut it & seals it at the same time so it will not fray. you can get some strong thread ( can not snap it by hand) and stitch as per the original stiching they seem fine. I now some one has altered his belts ok as well (no name just in case it is taboo) cheers Kevin

  6. Hi All Bit of an odd one I know but my 2b plus has been leaking water from the chassis. When it rains or I wash it leaks for days / weeks after so I decided to investigate, see pics I drilled up through the box section (two skins) into the bottom of the chassis tube to allow drainage, I got about half a pint out of each side. Mine is a stainless chassis so the water is not to much of a problem but mild steel One will soon start to rust. Hope this is of interest to some one? Cheers Kevin

    Rear Coilovers

Hi Jostan As far as I am aware the ones I have are green springs they are supposed to be rated at 320lbs, as to the open closed length I'll have to measure or you can measure up yourself depending on the travel you require, the standard ride hight is approx 6 inches. I find that mine bottoms out on 320lbs springs. Anybody else got any comments? Cheers Kevin
