  1. Hi Whiz How do the drive shafts pop out?, there should be a retaining clip on the inside of the diff to stop this from happening. I would think that it is there to allow the spiders to slide on the shafts and to stop the shafts falling out of the diff. If you can look at an exploded view of the diff on the net you will see the clips listed they look like a thick circlip. They may have been left out by a previous owner when splitting the diff and shafts to save undoing the drive shaft bolts. Look forward to seeing you at Stoneleigh how much will the excess baggage be for the ZERO!! Hope the above helps Allan

  5. Hi All just got back fron Donny a 280ml round trip, and have read some of the comments,So as this was the second Kit car show of my modern era the following comes to mind. Firstly thanks to Phil and all the members who gave up there time to organise the shelter and the refreshments . I am a member of a club which unlike most clubs is spread all over the country,so people in the middle of the country are more likely to know each other than members from further afield not allways true but if we all agreed all the time we would have the answer to world peace. I have found that if you arrive and just talk to the members they will respond they may take the **** but they will open their hearts and admit the mistakes they made when building their own kits,in doing this they may save you hundreds of pounds on your car. how many people do you know who would do that for free?. All in all a good first attempt by the new crew to organise a show in the current climate, would you put your money on the line lie that?,improvements to be made so mail the the organisers who will be glad of the input as it may save them money a get more punters in next year good for all of us. All kit car shows will be much the same, but reason to go is to look at the cars of others, and feel the warmth of welcome from a bunch of loonies but that is what a club is all about and what makes the trip worthwhile sorry so I missed some of the members I met at Newark but I am sure we will met next year. So I am sure we will all meet next year and rember just get INVOLVED and be ROCAR MEMBER!!! PS lots of upset sheep up north.
