So What If

I don't often speculate on this site and in this fashion however there are a lot of chassis and other bits in Mansfield Woodhouse. So what happens next??

It would be a shame to have all those chassis and other parts going for scrap.

They won't go for scrap.

The liquidator is obliged to get the best price possible for all the company assets and the norm is to either find a bulk buyer/s or to list the items and have a public auction,. In which case there will probably be a lot of activity in RHSC yard on that day.

I was ready to order the new pushrod chassis + probably most of a complete kit. I guess I will have to go to MK or Quantum or RAW or MNR. Any other pushrod chassis manufacturers out there with the more traditional look? |The "Hood" was going to be that car......

pitty, as the images of that chassis looked soooo good!

maybe they would just sell me the chassis, you can get or invent pretty much everything else yourself.

Has anybody got a kit unstarted that the body panels could drawn around, onto

lining paper for templates, incase of accident damaged panels in future

Dave

and what about the moulds for the grp?

Certainly worth doing just incase

RHSC may not be doomed yet! The speculation is really running away. The receivers may find a buyer for RHSC. If it is the parent company that initially went bust, then RHSC alone may be a perfectly viable proposition. After all Richard Stewart was still making a profit!

We should bide our time, and see what happens.

If they can get up and trading again they may be looking for quick parts/chassis/bits sales to help build an income, some goodwill and to show that they can become profitable quickly. :D

If you want something why not just try ringing them ;) ...all the info out says they have administrators in but are trading....but I'm not an expert or in the 'know' :(

Hi,

Its a bit late, but I tryed to contact the company to find out they had already been taken over and that the new company

( but the same person on the phone) would sell me the equipment I require.

not overly impressed to say the least.

But im not bitter

lets just wish them well and hope they support the builders they got started.

anyway keep smiling

Keith.
