It's a lighter, you press the front bumper and the lighter comes out of the roof, but does anyone know what car it is?

I believe it'a a "Rochdale" but will stand correcting.

dont think its a rochdale as they didnt have full lifting bonnets only a panel on the top. and the ''shut lines'' of the front sort of indicare a full opening bonnet

E-type IMO as well, look at this http://www.ssip.net/upload/jaguar-e-type-side-2_171.jpg the markings for the door etc. all seem to match.
