Cam Belt Cover

Hi, anyone out there got a cam belt cover for a Pinto, the old man has just changed his existing Rocker to a chrome one, unforthunately the car came without a cam belt cover. Chrome would be nice but that is not important?

Hi Guys,

1.6 is a different hieght to a 2.0 so you will need to know

POLAND is the current chrome capital, and I think a guys bought an old Ford press and churning chrome ones out on ebay for £50 + £10 P+P to UK

He has a bit of a selection of chrome goodies, and he is doing a fine trade

I have a chrome rocker cover, but cannot get the standard oil cap in it ?? I assume the chrome shrinks the steel ??

Anyone else come or "chrome" across this problem ?

Cheers

Ray

the rocker covers are the same for the pintos, apart from the earlier ones which have a narrower lip.but they do fit on later heads (later ones are better as they tend to seal better), the engine heights are different due to the stroke of the engine,
