.....the possibility of buying the land to the rear of our house as been turned down by the Enviromental Dept,

 

 

....but that means i get to keep my Zero,

 

 

so is it good or bad? I'm 50 / 50 if im honest.

To cut a long story short Chutney, it would of enabled us to sell our side garden as a building plot and then pay our mortgage off.

 

Oh well, try again in 3 to 4 years time they said? Its a ex hardcore landfill area, but is still classed as "live" so not available for sale YET!
