I've finally got round to fitting the VW radiator to my 2B. It's the larger Polo/Golf/Lupo item and it just fits between the top chassis rails on a wishbone 2B. Bought it from an online supplier and it cost £38 delivered.

Top hose filler neck and expansion bottle are both from CBS

I've only done about twenty miles with it in today, but all seems good, whether in town, sat in traffic or just slightly stretching the national limit on a dual carriageway.

It's damn cold out in the hills with snow on the ground!

I still need to remove the mountings for the Seat Radiator that you can see infront of the new one

Looking good Steve :good: nice set up.

P.S Becks likes the carpet

The carpet's only there to catch the wiper motor!!!

Pete, the bottom hose comes out below the top hose on the near side, it's just high enough to come over the top of the steering rack and then some fancy silicone bends take it down, through and under the chassis members
