Ive got some sheet metal to fold at 90 degrees and have been looking at folders.

Before i buy one ,then sell it on as i only need it for a few small jobs.

Does anyone have one i could borrow in exchange for beer tokens or is selling one.

How wide does it need to be? I've got one at home which does up to 500mm (from memory).

I can also do up to 2m wide sheets at work on our cnc folder (comes in handy when building kit cars!)

pm me if this is of any interest.

Easy enough, just make sure the outside corner (arris) of both angle iron are only 1/2mm off the turning centre. My cobble-up has lasted 4+ years & the pivots are M16 bolts turning in pieces of steel pipe. Use pins that are removable;sometimes need to take bender apart to remove work-piece, it will bend 900mm x 0.7mm or 250mm x 1.2mm.
