Toyota Mr2 Suspension And Steering Rack

Currently am sitting on an MR2 waiting for the scrap man to take it away, however, does anyone know how much of the suspension and steering rack can be used (if any) on a new build Zero?

that would have to be a factory question, im led to belive the zero is based around ford parts (stands back and waits to be shot down)

I'd have thought there was plenty of demand for MR2 parts rather than scrap value? Can't see any use for parts from a MR2 in a zero.

out of interest are you building an electric zero? as it says electric zero in your profile.

 

i've seen a few vids of electric 7's look good fun and i would imagine pretty quick.

Thanks for the replies, the reason I ask is that the MR2 was turned into an electric car project a few years ago and currently is pretty much empty appart from suspension and Rack as all semi valuable parts were broken out ages ago. I didn't really expect anything to fit, just by looking, but thought it would be worth asking just incase.

 

I am making an electric version of the zero as part of a university project, it's promising to be a really interesting build!

If people are interested, I may set up a blog to track progress?
