Ok guys got the date and got the venue now after some ideas on what you want to do. we have a big field but are only about 1/4 mile out side the village so do need to be a but careful with noise dont want to upset any one as we want to use the place next year.

RHOCAR garage crew - trailer your car to the show to be fixed / worked on / pre IVA inspected

 

Invite Allen & the Hollwell crew to bring the Kingfisher or Rebel

 

Invite the MG club or other clubs outside of the kitcar world

Bring and buy is a great idea. Got loads of bits I could bring down to let go for little to no money.

As the club got any stock of clothing etc?

If so we could set up a stall in one of the event shelters perhaps?

Any clothing that is held "in stock" Adrian has upnorth.

Bring and by sounds ok with one rule if it dont sell or get given away it has to be taken home.

driving skills tests is another idea and we do have lots of space.

BBQ is always going to be there
