Help Any Idea's Hot To Get This Bolt Out? Not Budging!

If other side is as reluctant ,would suggest cutting the bolt in two; as the one you have just removed will be fubard from heat there's no need to pussy-foot around on next one. Angle grinder will preform a neat incision, then rod only has to slide through one bush. (in your pic the bushes don't look to be in line with each other)

Agree with Bob, sacrifice the long bolt with a 1mm cutting disc.

Make sure every thing is lined up without twist during the rebuild and use a good quality waterproof grease, my old friend copper grease takes some beating.

The hole susspention was not built right by the builder and bushes were not all in fully plus no shims at all hence the strip down, so guessing no grease used either. the bolt goes though a tube the full length of the carrier which is where it has seized so can t cut in two. If next one stuck will have to use same method and heat up.

Cut either side of carrier then, it will be a whole lot easier to drift the seized rod out when the carrier is in the vice & standing still. Did you cook the other carrier to remove bolt? This may have affected the steel if it got real hot. When you're back on the rebuild trail consider putting a grease nipple in the carrier & force-fill with grease after assembly,if full of lub. water can't make it rust & seize.
