I got a Koso DB02R for xmas and I am very pleased with it but had some trouble fitting the speed sensor over the weekend.

 

So I spoke to Jamie at their office who said someone would be phoning me back as the tech guy was at a show today.

 

20 mins later and I have just spoken to Jon at digital speedos he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

 

I think this is great service.

I used them about 2 years ago. Spotted a digital speedo in the CBS catalogue, but decided their price was too high, so searched Ebay. Came across digital-speedos in ebay - from there also looked at their direct web-site, and phoned them too, to place the order. Very good service, and the price was favourable.

They did say, if there were any questions just to phone for an answer.

There was some ambiguity in the manufacturers instructions, but managed to figure it out, so didn't need to talk to them.

In short, I would use them again.
