Rain Under Garage Doors.

Hi me again,

After painting garage floor am finding that rain seems to pool under the door more.

I've a >2cm gap under the door. I was looking at either a lip strip on the floor or a rubber strip on the door.

Pics seem to suggest the rubber door strips go on the back of the door but wouldn't they be better on the front?

Which do people find more effective?

Thanks

David

I get the odd pool of water if wind blows against door, I'm going to screw a strip of 5 x20mm galvanised flat bar to the floor on top of a bead of silicon.

I'll let you know if it works next year when I get round to it!

I used a number of 2' 6" standard door seals across the garage door. Seem to do a reasonable job - no water but the odd leaf or three still find their way in !! Picked the seals up many moons ago - very cheap in a B&Q sale - been working well for years.
