Between us we will have plenty of fuel.. As for the sheep you will have to ask the Shepherd(Obecanobe)nicely about his girls.

Okay, Day one (provisionally, may be waaaay too adventurous);

The whole job lot; 348 miles 8hrs 42 mins without stops!! There are faster routes by missing the scenic sections but only reduces the distance by 35 odd miles, time is considerably reduced though......

My father says; plenty of time to sleep when you are dead son!!

Stage one; Pick drivers up along the way and first fuel stop, 85 miles for me in Nottingham.

Stage two; Leave the monotony of the A1M and head across the Yorkshire dales to our lunch stop in the Lake District (Keswick), 100 miles, refuel opportunity for the cars too (next petrol is Carlisle, 29 miles away).

Stage three; After lunch head across the border, 125 miles to next fuel in Kilmarnock.

Stage four; Bypass Glasgow via Paisley and to Helensburgh, 40 miles.

Shakedown run today. Went well, temp was not working, easy sort wire connector off a terminal. Tonneau cover works well and should give some shelter and protection if running in the rain.

So it looks like I'm ready for the off bring it on
