I would support the front of the can and fit a short flexi between it and manifold I broke /cracked 2 manifolds before I learnt some sense mick :acute:

I would always use a short covered flexi on this type of system.

The vibration has to be absorbed somewhere to stop eventual damage.

Not only that but the vibrations through a solid fixing will also transmit and amplify the noise through the whole car.

Is that one of the Kit spares exhausts , looks the business , i have the original from gbs on the 2b and i think its lost its packing so will have to lash out and spend some money :sorry:

Tractor, I've got one of those exhaust cans (the large one from GBS) fitted.

It does make a journey more comfortable, but when you want to use the load pedal, it does bark a bit.

Especially going through tunnels when dropping a gear or 2 as well :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
