Fitting Ford Ka Master Cylinder

As above guys I've removed my Sierra servo as I don't need it do to running bike carbs and not running a vacuum so read the ford ka master is a good replacement. I have the 3 port version but the holes don't line up to bolt to the Sierra pedal box without the master been off centre or pointing at 1 o'clock I think it is. How have others done it?

I had to re drill bolt holes on pedal box to get mine sitting properly

I made an adaptor plate out of 10mm alloy to convert from the ka cylinder to Sierra pattern. Then made an adjustable push rob.

Cheers guys I've re drilled it today so it all lines up now. Which tiger rod do I need the long or short it's a ka master to Sierra pedals

One that gives a little free movement before contacting the piston with the return spring fitted.

If you allow no free movement your brakes will be under pressure constantly.

You must must must, have an air gap.

Mounting it at 1: o'clock would have been fine as long as the reservoir to cylinder pipe was sealed, which it has to be anyway.
