Help With My First Robin Hood Choice Please :-)

Kenton had a Viento fitted with a 3.5 rover.

I had a few passenger laps in it at Barkston Heath and I was very impressed

with the straight line acceleration, although the tight cornering at BH was a bit cumbersome.

But it would probably be fine on the road.

The rover is much lighter than a Chevy, so beware understeer.

Marks's advice about taking care and having a test drive before deciding is spot on.

These cars do bite with far less torque than the Chevy has.

10mpg..!! That's not a very well setup engine. Possibly over carbed and a mixture of being poorly jetted and wrong acceleration pumps. Our Cobras run a standardized package of performance parts and components. Either Ford 351 or Chevvy 350/383 can give better track millage. Oh and produce dyno proven torque.
