Brake servo touching manifold

Hi , I’m running a Sierra pedal box along with the original servo. I have a 4 branch manifold on the engine that’s touching the servo. Is there anyway to overcome this ? Can the servo be removed or can the pedal box be altered ?

I removed the servo altogether and just run the master cylinder but did as many others do and changed it from Sierra to a Ford ka one as the bore size is more favourable.

What modifications need to be done ? Would I need a longer brake rod and also a new mounting plate ?

Hello. I had a problem with mine being too close to the manifold and it overheated on the way to the IVA test!  I got rid of mine altogether and just mounted the master cylinder to the firewall and replaced the brake rod with one from tiger racing.  I didn't have to make a new mounting plate just drill some new holes.  The only other thing I had to do was remake one of the brake pipes as it was now too short.
