Might be worth checking the temp sensor under the manifold is ok, mine would get warm and go high resistance causing the car to over fuel. If its open circuit it might cause your over fueling.

Perhaps check all the earths.

I had a similar problem that baffled a number of people. I decided to replace the EFI loom, its separate to the car loom. When I was removing the old one I noticed one of the earth connections was a bit strange. Closer inspection revealed the inner wire had rotted away but the connector had been crimped onto the insulator so it looked good from the outside. Replaced the loom and all was well, I could have just repaired the old one but it was out of the car, hit the wall then fell onto the floor followed by a number of bad words.

Thanks everyone, today I stripped all the injectors out cleaned and replaced, checked the pressure regulator, that was working fine, the postman dropped and replacement ecu through the letter box at 9.30 so I put that on and hey presto it ran as I left it back in November. Still not 100% what it was so will see what it says tomorrow,  again thanks everyone.
