Kit purchase through a limited company ?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone purchased a kit from the manufacturer through their own limited company ?

I'm toying with the idea of using the finished car for testing and advertising automotive parts I design and manufacture.

Speak to your accountant, although I do know somebody who puts everything he spends on his kitcar through the books, how risky it is I have no idea.

I would say no problem at all looking at your industry to buy the car as parts and write them off as damaged/Consumable items then you have a car you can buy off the company dirt cheap when it’s finished as it will have no value on your asset register,
