Hi Steve, Can you recommend a linkage kit. If possible could you measure your intake manifold for depth from carbs to head. and if possible a picture of the webbers fitted to your car.

Dose anyone know what trumpet size for Webber 40 dcoe?

They were on eBay all I was told is that he fitted them and could not get it to rev up. I am planning to fit them over the winter. got them for £255 so thought it was worth it even if I have to spend some money on them.

After driving my new 2b for the week I have fallen in love with it and the 2.0 pinto engine. was very impressed by the power and the sound out of the exhaust so not going to change the engine over from my S7 Zetec. I have bought twin Webber 40 dcoe, the guy could not set them up saying he could not get the engine to rev up. any ideas.

My 2b is bottoming out a lot apart from losing a ton of weight from my body is there anything I can do to help this or is it one of those things?

Nothing works apart from continuous light on hazard switch when switched on. have traced the wiring from stalk..... I have even moved the dashboard to get a better look and cannot find a relay......

Thanks for that. Looking online the grey relay is for heated screen and the red one is for the wipers

I have looked everywhere where and can’t find a relay. Is it possible it’s in the fuse box? I have more relays than my s7 fuse box.

Dose anyone know where the Indicator relay is located?

Thanks Richy. I did see these and yes thought it was a bit expensive for 2 wheel arches. It looks like the previous owner has bonded the rear arches on! are the Superspec arches boned or bolted on with rubber seal? Regards Tony
