  8. Not sure if this is the right place for this? I work for an independent vehicle component supplies in the east of england and I have arranged with my manager to set up trade discount for any member of this club. Some of you may already use us, all you have to do in future is walk into one of our branches and quote CSHRH1 as a customer name. The company is Exhausts Unlimited and the web site is here I am also setting up the same trade sale at our sister company Linco details of our branch locations are on the web site(about the only useful information on it ) I am sorry that we don't do mail order or deliveries to home addresses Colin

    Hi All

most of the sections seem to be cut and folded correctly but you will have to do a lot of folding and also cleaning up the edges of the "laser" cut sections. I have found most of the holes line up and screwed or bolted the pieces together in a dry run before bonding & rivitting. ps Using sikaflex for bonding (not included in kit and never used in dvd)
  12. dont forget the box of screws and instructions that only my children can undestand

Yes you can manage with one just take a bit more time with it. the diff is a permanant feture so make sure you've got the right ratio or you will have to take the car apart again. Not sure how the track boys are going to like that? My DVD keeps skipping some parts, must have watched #1 about 25 times
  16. recon calipers can be got for under £20 not including surcharge which is refundable against the old ones
  17. another item worth checking is the bottom track arm bushes as we had plenty of discs returned as warped but rejected under warranty because they were still within tolanrances. Most of the time this was fixed when the bushes were replaced with heavy duty ones This was with 3 diffrent manufactures.
  18. heres a shot of the panels bits no room left in garage for build
