Hi i have the zetec exhaust system from GBSon my 2B+ the lambda boss is M18

mot pass today inspector took one look at reg number said no emissions test on this car

i told you i was bustin for a wee

hi for the result bend rear pannel round sopme 40mm tube it makes it alot stronger you should allso have 2 half moon pieces that go on to chassi

great stuff if only all caravan owners would take a tip from him

hi ran my fuel lines under the car in 10mm copper pipe had no problem with sva cars been on road for 3 years now

I've run mine quite similar but under the exhaust and has been running fine. Here is the setup.

just bought a 1.8 zetec as a winter project for the lightwieght and would like to keep the injection side. Trying to keep this as low budjet as possable so I'm looking for a cheap early EEC-IV ecu and the later zetec inlet manifold which i belive is plastic as this is below the cam covers leaving more bonnet room.

Just got Zetec engine running, a bit poor at idle. Could anyone send me any maps to try and improve please?
