Anybody Know Where I Can Get Some Of This Style Trim?

I need some trim to go around the corner of my boot cover for SVA, tadpole beading is too small, but fuel hose seems ok but worried about whether he will see it as temporary.

 

I have seen trim that is like solid rubber with a quarter removed and is glued onto a corner to give a radius.

 

here is a pic I've drawn to try illustrate it.

 

 

If you know where I can buy it I'd be made up.

 

Been looking on google but wouldn't know what to call it so hard to search for.

Been searching for similar profile for ages; the only one that came close was 3/4 round for protection on pallet racking, but miles too big.

You might have to use a round U section and trim one leg off it. The will send samples if requested.

What does everyone use for Upholsery piping / trim?

I did as Tricky said on the vidios , cut a strip of material 3"ish wide - as long as you want , spray with glue, place a length of cable down the centre and fold over, bingo your own tadpole edging, that's what i did for the rear wing beading

That sounds good pete. It has been about 5 years since i watched the videos!

I was toying with different things and rubber fuel hose was big enough to cover the radius i needed so I'll mage some tadpole beading with that then.

 

I'll report back my findings.
