Peter your right. The cossie arms are a different angle. Could you post a pic if you have any of the shim and when it goes. I know one of the Cossie boys is having trouble with tyre wear and he may want some.

Hi guys, rob sent me this link. I'm a Cossie enthusiast from portugal and didn't know about this forum.

 

Could i get a set for myself too and can you post them to Portugal? they are for my cossie that is sitting low. What should be the angle? will i stress the transmition? i could put a pic of the car so that you could see how it stands.

I'm replying on here because I do'nt seem to be getting PM's through

RHOCAR, Outlook is telling me that I have a new message ,when I click

on the link nothing happens????? and I do'nt have any new messages

when I fire up RHOCAR.

Any way I would like a pair of wedges, depending on the price,

if you could let me know ,that would be good.

Peter, will they fit the DOHC model? It has a fatter driveshaft and bearing than the pinto model. Only found this out when I went to get some new bearings and had to get the ones for ABS models (which my car doesn't have, but they fit). PS, it's 1990 year.

I am not sure John I think they will, the centre hole is 79mm, if yours is still in pieces can you check the size of the spigot on the casting?

Yes they do fit you just have to file them out a little as your hubs are 1 to 2mm larger in diameter but have the same mounting holes

Mine doesn't seem to have a lot of camber like that, is that because it's so high at the rear??
