Is your head damaged or are you just looking to upgrade?

 

I have a decent standard head (Not injection) with what was sold to me as having had a recent performance cam kit fitted. No reason to doubt this as the followers and cam look to be in really good condition.

 

Not looking for a fortune for it as it's just sat with the bottom end in the back of my garage.

Hi Mick, lurking in the garage is head that looks to have been ported already, its missing 4 cam followers, but does have a very wild RL30 fitted, last time I looked at the cam list should be good for 170bhp.

Might be to wild for you!!

Cheap option is the injection head worth 10 bhp over a non injection head, skim for 10 to 1 compression

If you want to add big inlets and 3 angle seats

You won't need to do any more than that
