195's are fine I think, personally, it is more about the profile, 50 / 55 / 60 all will alter the rolling radius and there fore change the speedo reading, not a problem if electronic though.

Back when I had a engine in my car I ran 195/50/15 on the front and 205/50/15 on the rear Toyo R1-R

 

Great tyre, just like the R888 but with more tread cut to increase wet grip
