Dash Board Will It Pass Iva

Hi guys I failed on radius around the dials I have sunk them into the dash with a tougher foam do you think it will pass

I am no expert here, but I would say yes as the examiner can't get his sphere to the dials to be able to check the radius.

I still don't get the 2.5mm radius, how do you measure that? My understanding of a radius is distance to the center, but for things like gauge bezels etc, the centre will be innaccessible? So how does the tester measure it?

Should be fine -- its exactly as I showed you Florin's dash was finished -- she passed with no problems.
