Don't know if it helps, but this is how I did mine:

I put the bond onto the chassis frame & then offered the panels into place. Then rested old sheets of chipboard floor panels on some oil filled radiators then pulled the two board together with ratchet straps. It was rather Heath Robinson, but they haven't moved since (the car hasn't moved either to be fair, but the panels are stuck tight)

Only if you Stregnthen the floor with chip board as well.

Don't forget you must use the waterproof stuff. Because if it's a soggy day for your test, you will fail for legs touching the ground.

I've got some. They are punctured and the hub bearings have gone though.

Think someone used the wrong grease in them.

Barny Rubble has some magic ones that don't puncture though.

Thought you were after a lightweight though.
