Custom Badges

Can anyone recommend a company to make a custom metal name badge for my car?

 

I can find a couple online but I'd prefer a recommendation and a rough idea of cost would be interesting.

It depends what it is. Is it for the grill

If the badge/grill is flat and you can create a dxf file of what you want (many free online CAD softwares capable) you'll be able to find any water jet or plasma/laser cutter will be able to do something to your design. Prices can vary from supplier to supplier plus material costs. But with a dxf you can email it out to loads and get the quotes in. I'd go waterjet as the cheaper of the options

I know you said metal, but if you're happy with some form of plastic there are many places that can produce 3D printed ones following Zach's approach. I had badges done for mine at £5 each, but minimum order was £20 so I had to buy 4 of them. Just saying, but if it has to be metal, Zach's advise is the way to go.

Very kind - I'll have a go at a design but I'm about as artistic as a hedgehog :-). I was hoping to give someone a rough sketch and let them do the techie stuff. But the companies that do that look like they'll want a decent quantity ordered and I only want 2.

There was a laser cutting guy at one of the car shows last year, I will try to find his details. I wanted two zero made for the mud guards.
