Protecting The Chassis On The Inside

I have a few bolt holes on the front cross member which I managed to get some coolant in when draining my rad, I'm sure I've seen some spray that you can spray into bolt holes and it expands inside and stops things rusting, any one any idea of the name?

you should drill drainage holes in all the tubes at their lowest point and spraying waxoyl inside is a good idea IMHO

water will find its way in through rivets bolts and just about anywhere.

I haven't used the dynax stuff but waxoyl is messy but effective. You can get it really warm so that it is very liquid and then fill cavities right up and then let it drain out and catch the excess. That way you know all the internal surfaces have been coated. It's not that expensive and the last time I bought some it came with an applicator pump thing. It does however weep out of the holes on warm days until all the excess has gone.

Park it on a public car park for a week or put card board under it. Other wise it's wax oil stains on your drive and garage floor haha. Good stuff tho.

Used to use waxoyl every time but have changed to Dinitrol as its thinner and creeps better. Be warned, it WILL drip out if you use too much!

Use Corroless. It's designed for offshore use and very popular in 4x4 circles
