Whenever i have used a jigsaw on SS or MS i used plenty of water to keep the blade cool and it lasts a lot longer too , the last time i cut up a whole sheet of 6'x3'x1/16 MS into brackets useing one blade and it still last well before i snapped it in the end.

I would have to agree with Sadjagboy that ebay is becoming less attractive seeing as there are more and more businesses using it, as over the last few weeks i have been watching what price the Oregon 5k action cams have been fetching and in the end i got a new one from Amazon for much less the the s/h ones have been fetching on ebay, so it does pay to do a wee bit of searching for what you require.

Do a search on ebay for "exhaust bends" as there are over 100 results for MS and SS bends & pipes, you may find what you want there.
If not speak to CBS as there have a firm near them who make Silencers for them .

Hi Nigel , Have a look on ebay as there are quite a few at the moment , this one for example http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Fuel-Pump-Inertia-Sw...%3A1%7C294%3A50
Just a note here that some if not all have a n/o contact that can be used for a no fuel warning light when swich has cut off the fuel.

Hi Keith , if you have a look in my garage you should be able to see the hinges i made fitted to the deflectors, plus a little write up .

You havnt changed your fuel filler cap for a smarter one that is not vented by any chance have you?

After i made my wind deflectors , i also made the hinges as i wanted them longer than the standard hinges so i could get three bolts through so as to help spread the weight on the polycarbonate ,

I use a Sykes-Pickavante 270 series model i bought in 1995, not cheap though as then it was almost £116 , included a few bags of end fittings and that was with my trade discount , also got a cheap hand flairing tool for running repairs etc , they are ok if you are carefull.

Anyone Used Cleco Clips?
in Fitting & bodywork
Posted
As far as i know you use the same size Cleco as the rivet you are useing , thus ensureing all holes line up for riveting .
They are used alot in the aircraft industry.
